Store credit that is accumulated from purchases within Dubai & Abu Dhabi can only be utilised within Dubai/Abu Dhabi. It cannot be mixed and accumulated to offset purchases in Saudi Arabia or Bahrain for example.
Kindly note that shipping charges, if any, cannot be refunded. Items damaged in transit would be under the liability of the delivery partner.
Products can be returned in the same mode of payment ONLY within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Products can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Products purchased in the GCC countries can only be exchanged/returned in its respective countries of origin. For example, items purchased from Saudi Arabia or Bahrain can only be exchanged/returned in Saudi Arabia or Bahrain, based on their respective policies
The original purchase receipt must be presented when returning or exchanging products.
Items must be unworn, unwashed with its hang tag intact.

Kindly bring along the item/s to be returned, together with your order receipt. Our cashiers will be able to assist you with the return. Your order receipt can be retrieved by logging into your account on our website. The cashier will process the item/s and hand you a Returns Slip. Please keep it for record and drop us an email at ae@theeditorsmarket.com if you have not received the store credit for the return after 5-7 business days.
